After graduating from Georgia Southern University and obtaining her J.D. at New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, Amy spent years practicing family law in Boston and across eastern Massachusetts. Colby’s hobbies include competitive gymnastics, reading, skating, and helping others in need. Colby is a great asset to Alliance for Children and attends public events on behalf of Alliance for Children with her grandmother, Cindy Evers-Peake.
Ashley Evers
Social Media Specialist
Ashley has been working hand-in-hand with her mother-in-law, Cindy, since the earliest days of Alliance for Children Georgia. She believes firmly in fighting for the health and well-being of children in her community, advocacy for children of all abilities, and greatly enjoys seeing all that Alliance for Children Georgia does for children in the greater Tift County area.
Ashley has been married to her husband, Daniel, since 2004; but known the Evers family since 1996. The love story of her and her husband is one of her favorite stories to tell. Together, they have three daughters, two of which she homeschools each day, and the oldest attending college soon. She believes teaching her daughters to be strong, fierce, God-loving, respectful women is one of the most important roles she’ll ever have on this earth. After her husbands retirement from the Marine Corps in 2019, Ashley, Daniel, and their girls moved to the Northern Neck of Virginia where they enjoy building their mini-farm and homestead.
